Welcome to McInerney Massage. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us
McInerney Massage provides advanced clinical massage therapy and rehabilitation services designed to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery.
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message.
Please ensure the information you provide when booking is accurate and up to date.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of booking.
Package sessions must be paid for in accordance with the agreed package terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged up to the full appointment fee.
We reserve the right to waive cancellation charges in exceptional circumstances.
5. Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their medical history, medications, injuries, and any changes to their health.
Failure to provide relevant health information may affect the suitability or safety of treatment.
6. Treatment
Every treatment is tailored to the individual following an assessment.
While every effort is made to help improve your symptoms, no guarantee can be given regarding specific results or recovery times.
Massage therapy should not replace advice or treatment from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
7. Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Any abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or sexual behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future appointments.
8. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.
9. Gift Vouchers and Packages
Gift vouchers, if offered, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treatment packages, if purchased, are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
